LinkLink Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Fourblock Studio (the “Company”) and users in connection with the use of the LinkLink service (the “Service”).

This Service is intended for users aged 14 or older.
By agreeing to these Terms, users may access and use the Service.

1. Effectiveness and Modification of the Terms

These Terms become effective upon being posted on the Service screen or related pages.

The Company may modify these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
Any changes will be announced through notices within the Service.

If a user does not agree to the modified Terms, the user may discontinue use of the Service and request account deletion.

2. Provision of the Service

The Company provides the following services:

Online game services
Storage and management of player data
Other services determined by the Company

The Company may change or discontinue all or part of the Service as necessary for operational or technical reasons.

3. User Obligations

Users must not engage in any of the following activities:

Using or impersonating another person’s account without authorization
Manipulating game data, systems, or the client
Exploiting bugs or errors to obtain unfair advantages
Interfering with the operation of the Service
Violating applicable laws or these Terms

If a user engages in any of the above activities, the Company may restrict service access or suspend or delete the user’s account without prior notice.
All responsibility arising from such actions shall rest entirely with the user.

4. Account Management and Usage Restrictions

Users are responsible for managing their own accounts.
The Company is not liable for any damages resulting from the user’s failure to properly manage account information.

The Company may restrict service usage in the following cases:

Violation of these Terms
Abnormal or suspicious gameplay patterns
Fraudulent activity or security threats
Any other behavior deemed inappropriate by the Company

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All copyrights and intellectual property rights related to the Service and its contents belong to the Company.

Users may use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial purposes and may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without prior permission from the Company.

6. Suspension or Termination of the Service

The Company may temporarily or permanently suspend the Service in the following cases:

System inspections or maintenance
Server failures or network issues
Other unavoidable internal circumstances of the Company

The Company bears no responsibility for any temporary or permanent suspension of the Service under the above circumstances.

However, if the Company intentionally causes harm to users for reasons other than those stated above, users may claim compensation.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company may limit its liability, to the extent permitted by law, for damages arising from the use of services provided free of charge.

The Company is not responsible for damages caused by the user’s own fault.

8. Account Deletion

Users may discontinue use of the Service and request account deletion at any time.

Upon account deletion, user data will be processed in accordance with applicable laws and the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Any disputes arising between the Company and users in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
